Help preserve America’s cultural heritage of musical theatre and popular song!

For almost two decades, American Musical Productions has been preserving this country’s rich musical heritage from the Broadway Stage to Tin Pan Alley through the Big Band era. As time marches on into the 21st Century, is imperative that the music of the Gay Nineties through the Fabulous Forties continue to be performed in period musical arrangements and proper historical context.

As part of our educational outreach, we are offering a library of famous historic light operas and musical comedies to high schools and colleges to perform at no cost. These newly restored critical editions are the result of decades of research and work. These shows (written from 1886 to 1920) were once perennial staples of the American musical stage, but have fallen into undeserved neglect. We believe students and audiences alike should be able to experience these works as they did during the heyday of American musical theatre.

Your donation will allow us to continue our work restoring this historic music, producing performances and keep these musical memories alive for generations to come.
